We’re working with Development in Social Enterprise and Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council (SMBC), to enable Woodside, an unloved light industrial estate in Kingshurst, to be transfered to us for community benefit.
Our plans for the site are ambitious and we want to improve the site to make it a vibrant enterprise hub for social enterprises, creatives and small businesses.
There is very little affordable light industrial space available in the local area, which has become a barrier to employment and enterprise start ups, we intend to change that by modernising the site and providing incubator spaces for enterprise to grow.
